The Southern Cross University and Huawei Education Summit 2015 was held from September 3-4, 2015, at Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Representing the University of Santo Tomas were Engr. Mia Eleazar, Chair of the Department of Information Technology, and Asst. Prof. Maricel Balais, Laboratory Supervisor.
With the aim of maximizing the potential of ICT education, by achieving quality, sharing resources, enriching teaching methods, and constructing smart and safe campuses, the summit gathered participants from all over the world to share bet practices.
Following a day of lectures and presentations about the latest in educational technology, the participants were given a tour of the Southern Cross University – Gold Coast campus.
