#USTPapalVisit Question: Thomasians without IDs

#USTPapalVisit QUESTIONS
I am a Thomasian alumnus/a but I don't have an alumni ID yet...Can I still enter the campus on Jan 18?

The Thomasian Community (which includes the Thomasian alumni) can enter gates 1, 2, 3 and 14.

In ordinary circumstance, it suffices for members of the Thomasian community to show their valid ID (if currently enrolled/ employed) or alumni ID (for alumni).

However, in circumstances when a Thomasian doesn't have the valid ID to present, he/she may present the following:

1. Photocopy of Diploma or
2. Photocopy of the Transcript of Record or
3. Old UST ID (but if there is a drastic change from your picture in the old ID, it is advisable to bring also either no. 1 or no. 2 for security purposes)

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Members of the Thomasian community can come with their companions in the same gate for Thomasians. They are considered Thomasian guests. However, since there is a limited area within the campus, even the Thomasian community will be under the First-come, First-served policy. Thomasians who may not be accepted inside the campus because of lack of space shall be directed to Luneta. Gates are open by 4:00 am. Please know the drop-off points as well. Thanks you for your kind consideration.

    1. The ID card is to identify the Thomasian. If you will not be accompanying her, the security might find it difficult.

    1. Your question is very specific and must be answered by somebody from the security, the PNP. I cannot answer for them but it is advised that the campus packed with people is not conducive for children although there are no restrictions yet. You may want to to bring your graduation photo however I cannot guarantee you because the government will be in-charge of the security. All the best.

    2. It is advised that the caretaker of the child must know that the area will not be conducive for children because of the presence of many attendees.
