Dimaano, Punzalan elected Directors; Lauritos elected Advisers of PIChE – MMAC

Last September 30, 2015, the Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers – Metro Manila Academe Chapter held its assembly at the University of Santo Tomas – Tanghalang Teresita Quirino. The annual assembly bore the theme “Revisiting Issues on Environment and Biotechnology.”

The assembly also saw the election of the Board of Directors for 2015-2017. Two UST faculty members won seats in the Board: Prof. Maria Natalia R. Dimaano, PhD and Engr. Mark Emile Punzalan, Chair of the Department of Chemical Engineering. Meanwhile, elected as Advisers were Professors Alberto and Evelyn Laurito, also from UST.
