John Joen Lim, Boaz Sze, Raphael Sevilla, Rafael Afable, and Benedict Viernes, third-year Bachelor of Science in Information Systems students of the Institute of Information and Computing Sciences, won first prize in the Web App category of the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s #StopChildPornPh-Child Online Protection Hackathon 2016, held from February 17-19, 2016 at the Bayview Plaza Hotel, Manila.
The five students were advised by their Technical Coach, Mr. Lawrence Decamora. The winners took home a Php 50,000 cash prize.
