Dean de Guzman of Education in UNESCO, Paris to participate in panel discussion regarding education

College of Education dean Allan de Guzman, PhD, has been invited to participate in a panel discussion about education at the headquarters of the United Nations Educational, Cultural, and Scientific Organization (UNESCO), on the occasion of World Teachers’ Day on October 5, 2015.

De Guzman is part of a six-member panel composed of teachers from France, Qatar, Kenya, and the Philippines. The discussion will revolve around the theme “Empowering teachers, building sustainable societies – mobilizing a roadmap 2030 for teachers.”
