Prof. Regalado T. Jose, Archivist of the University of Santo Tomas, presented his paper entitled “Rediscovering links between the Dominicans across both sides of the Pacific: Treasures of Paper in the Dominican University in Manila” during the 2nd International Congress of History of the Order of Preachers in America (Jubilaeum 800). The Congress was hosted by the Universidad Santo Tomas in Bogota, Colombia. This was held last April 20-22, 2016.
Jose was one of only two FIlipino presenters (the other one being Rev. Fr. Gaspar Sigaya, O.P., the Order’s archivist), and was the only one from UST.
