Four BS Occupational Therapy students participate in exchange program in Mahidol University

As part of the existing Memorandum of Understanding between UST and Mahidol University, students of CRS participated in outbound student exchange programs in Mahidol University (MU), Thailand.
Four students from the Department of Occupational Therapy went to MU for an exchange program from January 4-29, 2016. They were accompanied by Ms. Kathleen Hernandez, MHPEd, incumbent Department Chair for OT. 
The delegation had the opportunity to tour the campus of MU and participate in some of the classes.  UST students likewise had the opportunity for exposure to MU’s clinical placement sites and community activities.   Ms. Hernandez presented a lecture about the Community-Based Rehabilitation Program of OT in UST.  She likewise engaged in collaborative meetings with the OT Department of MU, headed by Dr. Supalak Kemthong, as well as with the Deputy Dean for International Relations, Asst. Prof. Dr.Nopraenue Sajjarax dhirathiti.
