Naguit of Medicine elected president of student election management group

Raymond John Naguit, a junior from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, was elected as the inaugural President of the Philippine Association of School, College, and University Student Election Managers (PASCUSEM) last January 13, 2016, at the University of Santo Tomas.

Naguit, the vice-chairman of the UST Central Commission on Elections, is the executive director of the Aktiboto Voter Education Program.
