The University of Santo Tomas – Educational Technology Center was recently featured in a case study conducted by Blackboard Learning. UST has been using Blackboard for several years now to service its “e-Learning Access Program” (e-LeAP), which allows students and teachers to conduct the teaching-learning process via online means.
The study chronicled how UST was able to overcome the challenges of making the faculty members adopt Blackboard as a mode of course delivery, and it looked at how such adoption was implemented across UST’s 23 faculties, colleges, institutes, and schools, which offer over a hundred academic programs.
