CRS interns visit Niigata University in Japan

As part of the continuing collaboration with Niigata University for Health and Welfare (NUHW), Angela Camille Amurao and Rufino Francisco III, Physical Therapy interns; Edmund David Shih, Occupational Therapy intern; Eugenie Louise Cuerdo, Sports Science intern; and Erika Claire Gomez, Speech Language Pathology intern, together with one faculty member from the Occupational Therapy Department, Mr. Charles Bermejo, OTR, OTRP engage in a 15-day student and faculty exchange program to Niigata, Japan. The objectives of this program are to primarily engage our students and faculty in inter-professional education activities and to expose them to the facilities and other training programs NUHW offers. This will also expose them to the rich Japanese culture as the students will stay with some of the Japanese students a week at a time.
