Fausto commended the panel for the concrete applications they have cited.
The Pope Leo XIII Lecture is held annually, focusing on socio-economic and business concerns. This year’s lecture focused on mercy and justice, which is in line with the declaration of Pope Francis of the Jubilee of Mercy.  Fr. Fausto gave an enlightening and inspiring talk on mercy and merciful justice, giving emphasis that there cannot be mercy without justice.  The faculty members and students were reminded that in this Holy Year of Mercy, we are given a good year to practice mercy.
