The University of Santo Tomas produced 162 new civil engineers, data from the Professional Regulation Commission showed last November 24, 2015 (Tuesday). The passers scored a 78.64% passing rate for UST. Furthermore, Jesse Harold P. Hilario ranked fourth, with a grade of 93.75%.  UST’s passing rate was of 78.64% was significantly higher than the national passing rate of 41.50%.
